Discretion above all! We will not discuss any details concerning your business until a potential buyer has signed a confidentiality agreement. All potential buyers are instructed not to disturb employees. Also, we make every effort not to trigger any suspicion during visits to the business and communications with the buyer and seller.

We have accumulated considerable expertise in preparing a business for a successful acquisition. This includes examining the operations, facilities and financials. We use commonly accepted methods to assist in determining the fair value for the business considering today's marketplace. A California licensed business broker with a diverse background as an entrepreneur and business leader. With over twenty years work experience in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics primarily in the area of change, he feels at ease in any business. He has provided assistance to small industrial companies to improve their operations and profitability.
Todor earned a Masters in Business Administration in Finance from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Distribution Management from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. He is an active member of local community and alumni organizations.
